Cindy Weathers, LMFT, CGP

Cindy Weathers is a founding partner of Symmetry as well as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. Cindy has a passion for helping businesses develop and maintain a mentally and physically healthy work environment so that employees may perform to the best of their potential. Her distinctive balance of business and clinical skills has led to the development of Symmetry. She obtained a B.A. in psychology and business from the State University of New York at Albany and completed a M.A. degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles. Cindy started her career in the investment industry and has over a decade of experience working for various corporations such as, Citigroup, Bank of America and Kayne Anderson Rudnick Wealth Advisors. After obtaining her masters in clinical psychology, she went on to build a successful private psychotherapy practice in LA.

Megan Haley, MA, LMFT

Megan Haley is an LMFT and founding partner of Symmetry. She obtained a B.A. in English from Loyola Marymount University and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. Megan specializes in anxiety disorders, addiction, complex trauma, and relational difficulties. She has experience working in a variety of settings such as residential treatment, private practice, community mental health clinics, and educational institutions. She currently holds advisory board positions at the Inspiring Children’s and Jewel Never Broken Foundations. She is also an executive producer and mental health advisor for iHeartMedia and Jewel’s Not Alone Campaign.

Paulina Slagter, Legal Advisor

Paulina Slagter is a white collar investigations and litigation associate in Covington's Los Angeles office. She has conducted internal investigations into complex and sensitive matters. Ms. Slagter's white collar practice spans a vast array of industries, with a particular focus on antitrust in digital markets, government contracts, and the regulation of financial institutions. She also maintains an active pro bono practice with a focus on racial and economic justice.

Mary Ann Murphy,

Advisory Board Member

Mary Ann Murphy has spent her entire adult life passionate about artistic expression and aesthetic beauty.  Her appreciation for unique stylistic elements encompasses the entire creative spectrum, ranging from clothes to furniture, and from architecture to music and art.  Her career began in NYC back in the mid 80's where she worked for some of the leading couture houses.  She was a leading stylist focusing on women in the media.  

Living in Chicago in the 90's she shifted her career to interior design.  Over the next twenty years Mary Ann built her business into one of the preeminent design firms in the Midwest.  In 2008 Mary Ann relocated to Beverly Hills to be near her growing list of California clients.  Her career in Los Angeles has been explosive working on dozens of residential and commercial projects. 

She has and continues to be involved with charities. Mary Ann sits on the board for The Rape Foundation.
